KIIRA PRIMARY SCHOOL GETS NEW HEADMASTER


As the new Second Term in the year 2007 opens on the 17th May 2007, the Teachers, Children and the Parents were welcomed by a new Headmaster, Mr. Moses Bamuwamye;
Moses, a well-experienced teacher for the past 25 years, was in one of the most prestigious school in Jinja Municipal Council; Victoria Nile.
He had served there as a Deputy Headmaster for 11 years.

Born on 06th August 1959, Moses is blessed with 5 Children; 3 boys and 2 girls of whom the first two have completed their Bachelor Degrees and the last born is in her Senior five (S. 5) Higher Education.
Before his recent appointment to headship, he served in the most prominent schools in Busoga:-
1982 Namalemba Primary School
1983 – 1993 Mwiri Primary School
1994 – 2007 Victoria Nile

With more interest in Science Moses is teaching Science and Agriculture in the Upper Primary.
The School motto is “Discipline and Hard work Pay”, Moses says it is upon this, that the school is pivoting, he believes an undisciplined person is hard to teach
